My professional background includes counseling with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families who present with issues around anxiety, ADHD, boundaries, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, self-worth, healthy relationships, communication, stress-management, family conflict and emotional regulation. Each person I work with is unique, as such, I use strength-based, relational approaches focused on resiliency and long-lasting change.
